Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is your return policy?  Need a different size or not satisfied with your purchase?  We're happy to accept the return of items for exchange or store credit (gift card).  Please be aware we do not offer refunds.  To exchange an item for another item or to receive a store credit items must be returned within 14 business days, in brand new condition, with tags still attached, and with receipt.  Please be aware of this policy before your purchases.
  2. What are your delivery options?  We offer a variety of pick-up and delivery options.  Before checking out, you can select if you would like to pick-up in our Gulfport location, have it shipped directly to your home, OR pick-up in a school location (this applies to School Supply Kits or special on-site events).  If you have selected to pick-up at our Gulfport location, please wait to pick-up until you have been notified that your order is ready.
  3. I'm not sure what size my student needs.  How should I figure out what size to buy?  If possible, it's always a great option to come into the store to try on sizes!  We have a wide variety of all sizes in store that students are welcome to try on.  If you are unable to come to the store, please visit our "Uniforms Size Chart" page for a variety of sizing tools to assist you.  Our sizing videos will take you step by step in measuring your student.  We have also included size charts for each main type of clothing (for example, polos, skirts, jumpers, etc.).
